![]() ![]() ![]() If you go to my YouTube video “Warzone – Get Better with Audio”, I use the Audacity program to break down recorded highlight videos to really key in on foot steps. Either way, I think most people should be able to find something really helpful here. If you are really lost, you can read the article in it’s entirety. This way, the more comfortable you are with the sound engine, the less you’ll need to read. I find it best to start more at the micro level, then zoom out to a more macro view. I wanted to really do this post in the same format I did that video. I have dissected the updated audio tracks and spent more time diagnosing the Caldera map sound. Many people have asked for an update to that original video and here it is. Then we use equalization to boost those audio cues. I use software diagnostic tools to pull and identify audio cues.
